Return Policy

We accept returns on defective merchandise only. No refunds. Once the returned item is received we will give you a store credit to be used on your next order as long as the following conditions are met:

1. Merchandise must be in original package in new, unused and unworn condition. There also should be no wear and tear on the packaging. We cannot sell or accept items that appear to have been used. This would include items that are tarnished because of exposure. Items that do not fit these criteria will be returned to the purchaser with no credit given.
2. Defective items must be reported to us within (7) days of the date of receipt and returned no later than (14) days of the date of receipt.
3. Return items must be sent back within 14 days prepaid and insured for the full amount by a traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and responsibilty of the customer. Returns sent COD will be refused.
4. Return items that are not defective will be charged with restocking fee - 30% of the item price.
5. No cancellations are allowed. Once the order has been processed the transaction cannot be reversed.
6. If you return any part or all of your free shipping order, you will be expected to pay for it.
